Anxiety

You were not meant to carry this alone.

Anxiety is one of the most honest human experiences — it means you care, that things matter to you. But God never intended for you to hold all of that weight by yourself. He invites you to bring every fear, every what-if, every spiraling thought into prayer. And there, in that place of surrender, to find something the world cannot give.
